AHEAD of Saturday’s governorship polls in Cross River State, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof. Attahiru Jega, has warned politicians against inducing voters with money or gift items at polling booths on the day of election.
Jega, who issued the warning yesterday in Calabar at an interactive session with political stakeholders, said any politician caught inducing voters will be arrested and the result of his or her party cancelled.
