The multi-talented Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh showed us that acting is not her only hubby. The star recently hooked up with Fi Mi Le crooner Kas as the duo released a much talked about single, titled Iyawo Wind, a song met with so many mixed reactions and reviews.

 

 

Small but mighty actor, Chinedu Ikedieze, better known as Aki has finally found the apple of his eyes and is set to tie the knot with the lovely Miss Nneoma Najiah on the 26th of November in Imo State. A big congrats to our star (*hope say paw paw go be the best man*..lol)

 

In the recent trend of collapsed marriages, Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw Nuttal seems to be heading for a similar fate. The 40 year old recently moved out of her British hubby’s home, Roederick Nuttal. Nigerian men don’t seem so bad after all, Mrs Nuttal :)

 

Lover boy actor Jim Iyke was on Thursday arraigned before a magistrate court in Abuja after being accused of conning Habiba Abubakar to the tune of N15million. This is very disappointing news from him.

 

Darey Art Alade alongside fellow compatriots Iceprince, D’banj, Naeto C and Banky W were big winners at the Channel O Awards held in Jo’burg, South Africa. Big congrats to them for taking Nigerian music even higher.

Renowned literary icon, Prof Chinua Achebe for the 2nd time in 7 years rejected the National Award from the government, citing the state of the nation as a major hinderance for his acceptance of the award.

 

Sports

Uche brothers Ik and Kalu gave new coach Stephen Keshi and lots of Nigerians a reason to smile as they were on target in a 2 – 0 victory over Zambia. The game which took place in Kaduna is the first win the Eagles have gotten since the new coach took over.

 

 

On a sad note, Nigerian-born Belgian player, Bobsam Elejiko slumped and died on the pitch while playing for his club Merksem S.C in Belgium.. We pray God to rest his soul and comfort his family.
